Private client, Poole

Alteration & Extension

The most striking feature of this project was the creation of a frameless glass wall. In order to do this the back of the house had to be rebuilt. The roof was raised to create a central bedroom suite and balcony. The glass wall incorporates frameless joints and is recessed into both the wall and the floor. This design opens up the dining hall giving uninterrupted views of Poole Harbour.

This was a technically demanding project , a bit of hight tech domestic.
The structural glass has withstood the test of time and we have been to carry out further work for the client.
